Hi , ich bekomme vom Finanzierer sowie vom Anwalt immer nur kurze antworten die nichts aussagen mit der Info das sie sich bei Neuigkeiten melden. Ich habe alle Prozesse in ?sterreich gewonnen ! Sie sagen auch immer das die Casinos lediglich nicht zahlen. Finde das schon schlimm das man trotz verlorenen Prozess anscheinend doch nicht zahlen muss.

Weil Ihr euch dauernd fragt warum Ihr nur Vertr?stungen und kurze Antworten von euren Anw?lten erhaltet.

Ein Grund wieso man kaum etwas über Vollstreckungen erf?hrt, k?nnte an der zunehmenden Anzahl der Anbieter und Kanzleien liegen.

Denn auch Kanzleien konkurrieren untereinander, man m?chte hier dem Mandanten wohlm?glich nicht die gesamte Trickkiste oder Verfahrenweise aufs Silbertablett legen und jeden Schritt, jedem Interessenten in einer Mail erkl?ren. 

Was ich aus Anwalts-Perspektive nachvollziehen kann, schlie?lich ist dann im Nachhinein der Erfolg einer Vollstreckung der jeweiligen Kanzlei zuzuschreiben, wiederum eine gute Werbung um viele weitere Mandanten vom eigenen Handwerk zu überzeugen. 

Verst?ndlich aber auch aus der Sicht eines Kl?gers, man muss natürlich die Arbeit vergüten und bekommt zur aktuellen Zeit nicht alles bis ins Detail erkl?rt, aber da müsst Ihr alle durch, ich halte selber auch die Fü?e still und ?vertraue" der Kanzlei. Geduldige werden belohnt..

Ich glaube zu dem auch, dass die Thematik rund um Vollstreckung wesentlich komplizierter ist als man es sich als Laie vorstellen kann. Da wird es mit Sicherheit einige Bürokratische oder sonstige Arten von kleinen "Kunststückchen" geben, um an der Stelle erfolgreich zu sein. Das wird ein Unternehmen (Kanzlei) wahrscheinlich für sich behalten wollen, für die eigene Pr?senz bei Erfolg.

Wieso ein Prozessfinanzierer noch sogenannte Problemcasinos annimmt obwohl Sie nicht zahlen? Das wissen nur die, wird seine wirtschaftlichen Gründe haben. Meine Theorie: Das sammeln von problematischen F?llen, um dann quasi mit einem Wisch mehrere F?lle, mithilfe eines einzigen Vorgangs abzuschlie?en vielleicht!?

Es k?nnte sein dass man nicht jeden Fall einzeln behandeln "darf", da man sonst schlafende Hunde weckt, die dann versuchen den entsprechenden "Trick" abzublocken. Wei? nicht, aber umsonst buttern die Ihr Geld da nicht rein.

Ich wei?, es nervt und da spielen die Emotionen mit. Man zahlt viel Geld ein... Aber Ihr müsst euch immer sagen: "Du hattest sonst keine Probleme dich finanziell zu ruinieren, wieso spielen jetzt diese Anwaltskosten eine übergeordnete Rolle? Wobei die meisten sowieso einen Prozessfinanzierer haben.

Jetzt Fü?e still halten und abwarten", das habe ich irgendwann auch verstanden, wenn ich heute und damals vergleiche....

Manche Casinos haben sehr schnell bezahlt und zwar ohne Gerichtsverhandlung. Bei manchen Casinos musste man vor Gericht erscheinen. Alle Prozesse die in ?sterreich geführt werden, werden zu 100 % gewonnen.

Ich kann aber nur dazu raten, das nur mit einem Anwalt zu machen. Die Casinos reagieren auf Anschreiben nicht, die man selbst anfertigt.
