Also, weekends are usually not included in the processing time as most casinos don't have these departments available then, so I wouldn't include those.

Okay, so I would send it to them when they go to send the manual withdrawal. But obviously we have to wait for that for some time. Try to get it to them as soon as possible so they can send it. 

If you would like to file a complaint for sure, you can, but the casino usually pays the players even if there is a delay.
