Tack s? mycket f?r att du skickat in ditt klagom?l. Jag ?r ledsen att h?ra om ditt problem. Jag har kontrollerat villkoren och det h?r har jag hittat:
"Du garanterar att du ?r den r?ttm?tiga ?garen till de pengar som du n?r som helst s?tter in p? ditt konto."
Denna regel har ?sidosatts. Vissa undantag kan till?tas av kasinon n?r de s?tter in pengar med gemensamt kort, men detta var inte fallet.
Dessutom har en annan regel inte f?ljts n?r din fru ?ppnade ett nytt konto under hennes namn:
"Ditt konto m?ste registreras i dina egna, korrekta, namn och personliga uppgifter och det ska endast utf?rdas en g?ng f?r dig och inte kopieras genom n?gon annan person, familj, hush?ll, adress (post eller IP), e-postadress, ?tkomstenhet eller alla milj?er d?r ?tkomstenheter delas (t.ex. skolor, arbetsplatser, allm?nna bibliotek etc.) och / eller konto f?r tj?nsterna. Alla andra konton som du ?ppnar hos oss eller som ?gs av dig i f?rh?llande till tj?nsterna ska vara "Duplicera konton".

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found:
"You warrant that: You are the rightful owner of the money which You at any time deposit in Your Account."
This rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds with joint card, but this was not the case.
Furthermore, another rule hasn’t been followed when your wife opened another account under her name:
"Your Account must be registered in Your own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for You and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, Access Device or any environment where Access Devices are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc) and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other accounts which You open with us, or which are beneficially owned by You in relation to the Services shall be "Duplicate Accounts".
