Det har g?tt n?stan 14 dagar sedan jag gjorde en ins?ttning och faktiskt vann €400. N?r jag f?rs?kte ta ut beloppet avbr?ts uttaget efter ungef?r en timme utan n?got mejl eller meddelande som f?rklarade varf?r. Jag fick bara veta av en slump n?r jag ?terbes?kte webbplatsen f?r att kontrollera om de beh?vde n?gra KYC-dokument. Till min f?rv?ning kunde jag inte bara dra mig ur, utan det fanns heller ingen tydlig information om vad som p?gick.
Jag kontaktade supporten och de sa till mig (som m?nga av er ocks? har n?mnt) att min session ?r under utredning av leverant?ren f?r r?ttvist spel. Jag v?ntade de 14 dagarna de bad om (som faktiskt slutar imorgon), men jag har inte f?tt n?gon uppdatering ?n s? l?nge inte ens en anledning till varf?r sessionen utreds.
Jag har skickat meddelanden till dem flera g?nger och f?r fortfarande samma copy-paste-svar. ?rligt talat s? vet jag inte vad jag ska g?ra mer. Jag har spelat p? detta och andra kasinon ett bra tag, men det h?r ?r f?rsta g?ngen n?got s?dant h?r h?nder mig. Jag tycker att det ?r oacceptabelt, speciellt med noll kommunikation.

I wasn’t really planning to share my experience with this casino, but seeing so many of you having the same issue made me change my mind.
It’s been almost 14 days since I made a deposit and actually won €400. When I tried to withdraw the amount, the withdrawal was cancelled after about an hour without any email or notification explaining why. I only found out by chance when I revisited the site to check if they needed any KYC documents. To my surprise, not only could I not withdraw, but there was also no clear info on what was going on.
I contacted support, and they told me (like many of you have also mentioned) that my session is under investigation by the provider for fair play. I waited the 14 days they asked for (which actually ends tomorrow), but I haven’t received any update so far not even a reason why the session is being investigated.
I’ve messaged them several times and still keep getting the same copy-paste reply. Honestly, I don’t know what else to do. I also sent them an email and I’m still waiting for a reply, but I really doubt I’ll get one by tomorrow. If I do, I’ll update here.
I’ve been playing on this and other casinos for quite a while, but this is the first time something like this happens to me. I think it’s unacceptable, especially with zero communication.
At this point I honestly feel like they’re just stalling and hoping I’ll give up on the money. If anyone has any advice or ideas on what I can do, please let me know I’ve really run out of patience this time.
