s? jag skickade dem ocks? betalningsbevis f?r den 10 augusti, ?ven det dokumentet ?r godk?nt...s? jag kontaktade supporten som en av deras agent sa till mig att jag ?r verifierad och det borde inte vara n?gra problem ?n att jag beg?rde uttag igen som avvisades n?sta dag igen.

Thank you for quick replay!
I started account verification on October 12 and my account was verified same day...so than i requested withdrawal which was rejected next day, they are asking for very first deposit I made to the Casino for August 10,
so I did sent them also proof of payment for August 10, also that document is approved...so I contacted support which one of their agent told me that I am verified and there should be no problems than I requested withdrawal again which was rejected again next day.

I really do not know why are they doing this, I thought they are good Casino after I read good reviews here at Casino Guru.
