Jag fick till och med ett e-postmeddelande fr?n Dean, kontoansvarig, som erbjuder reklampengar f?r att ?ka mina int?kter – pengar som jag har v?grat eftersom jag aldrig spelar med kasinons pengar (vi vet alla att det ofta ?r en f?lla f?r dem att inte betala, och s?ger att vi vann med deras pengar).
Den 2 mars, efter flera f?rfr?gningar om dokumentation, har jag f?tt ett e-postmeddelande om att all min fil var godk?nd.
Sammantaget har vi p? cirka 2 m?nader utbytt inte mindre ?n 60 mejl och trots mina upprepade f?rfr?gningar har jag fortfarande inte f?tt betalt. Jag har beh?llit alla e-postutbyten med dem – utan att r?kna de meddelanden som har studsat olevererade.
De flesta e-postmeddelanden, minst 20, kom fr?n Dean, AM, som bad mig om bevis p? int?kter, kontoutdrag fr?n de senaste 3 m?naderna, kontoutdrag fr?n kreditkort, om jag hade ?rvt n?gra pengar, etc. Efter att ha svarat p? alla deras fr?gor och gjort ins?ttningar dokument p? deras server eller vidarebefordra dem via post, jag har fortfarande inte f?tt n?got f?rutsett betalningsdatum. De s?ger att de bryr sig om att spelarna spelar ansvarsfullt. Om det ?r fallet, varf?r g?r de inte sin kreditkontroll innan vi spelar, inte efter att vi har vunnit lite pengar. Hyckleri – bara f?r att undvika utbetalningar.

On February 24th, i won $2,600 CAD on the VegasHero Casino site. I even received an email from Dean, the account manager, offering promotional money to increase my earnings – money that I have refused as I never play with Casinos’ money (we all know it is often a trap for them not to pay, saying that we won with their money).
On March 2nd, after several requests of documentation, I have received an email stating that all my file was approved.
All together, in about 2 months we have exchanged no less than 60 emails and despite my repeated requests, I still have not been paid. I have kept all email exchanges with them – not counting the messages that have bounced undelivered.
Most emails, at least 20 came from Dean, the AM, asking me for proofs of revenue, bank statements form the last 3 months, statements from credit cards, if I had inherited any money, etc. After answering all their questions, and depositing documents on their server or forwarding them by mail, I still have received no foreseen date of payment. They say they care about the players playing responsibly. If it is the case, why don’t they do their credit check before we play, not after we have won some money. Hypocrisy – just to avoid pay outs.
