You did the right thing to email them, but let's see if they take that into consideration. How long are you waiting for them to verify your first document? We give casinos 14 days to do this and if they don't we will try to help if you lodge a complaint.

Such information would certainly be useful for Kristina to write in the complaint you have filed. She is handling your case and if you want us to try to help you, you will need to describe the situation to her more so she can better understand and investigate. 

I don't know why the casino does it this way and closes the other fields in the verification process, all I can think of is what I wrote, which is that if they look at the first one and it's OK, you can upload the next one. But this is for me an unnecessary prolongation of the process.
