They casino says that the withrawal takes from 5 minutes up to 48 hours but no more then 5 working days if you withraw 499 EUR to 4999 EUR. Ive been waiting for 7 days now and the withrawal is approved and they say now the money is sent to their middle hand to pay me the money and that can take another 5 days to process? I never heard about this…

Hi, it looks like the casino is sending money through a third party provider, so if it's still going through them, it's possible that it will take a while.

However, if they've already sent the money, it shouldn't be a problem, even though I know that when they say one thing and that they have fast withdrawals and in the end it's not the timeframe they write and they don't meet it, the player is rather upset.

But could you wait to see if you get the money or how it will be? If it will be anyway, I'd like to know if it went well or not. In case of any other problems, we'll try to help.

Yea i got happy when i saw the money in my bank account.

i still have 2300 EUR in balance. I have 1850 EUR on pending now wish i requested to withraw today and then i Will play with 500 EUR. Yes i Will keep playing on NV casino. I like the platform. I mean for me the verification process was really fast and smooth. The withrawal took aprox 7 days but it was fine and understandable.

That's a pretty reasonable description of what you're saying. Some players would have a problem waiting a week for the money, so I quite often ask players if they will stay in the casino, so I can imagine if that withdrawal is the alpha omega of the whole experience for them. And most of the time it is, although on the other hand I don't blame them at all. 

So feel free to let me know if you managed to make your next withdrawal early or what it's like.

Upon reviewing your complaint, it appears that the request dates back to June 9th. And then comes a part I do not fully understand. "...you'll find the email and a screenshot showing that the amount was supposedly paid out."

Does the casino claim the money was paid, but your bank transaction shows no incoming transactions? As far as I am aware, banking transactions are not the quickest, so I would keep an eye on the bank transaction list. However, as I previously stated, it is possible that I did not understand correctly. Feel free to help me out, please.

I am not sure how it works in NV casinos, but it makes sense that the department responsible for the payout must provide the payment confirmation and transaction identification; no one else can. The payouts may be administered by a third-party company, which usually quite prolongs such communications. From the players' point of view, the casino bears the responsibility and should strive to minimize the delay. Crystal clear.

On the other hand, such a situation has very little in common with being ripped off.

I have received my money twice in a row. It was in my account in about a couple of hours. The amounts were smaller of course, but still. I thought that the payout was so fast the previous times, but now when I want to make a withdrawal of €500 I have to wait so long. I am very confused.

We give casinos 14 days to pay out players. But if it is close to that time, then I would use our resolution center and file a complaint.
